Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team at Hunter Dunning Ltd. As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for leading the technical design and coordination of multiple projects across all RIBA stages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical design and coordination of multiple projects across all RIBA stages
  • Lead design team meetings, produce meeting reports and actively contribute to all project meetings
  • Respond to and resolve site queries, attending site as required to review construction works for quality and statutory compliance
  • Depending on experience, manage and supervise junior team members to achieve optimal results

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Technologist/Senior Technologist on commercial or large residential projects
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (a pre-interview Revit test will be issued to shortlisted candidates)
  • Thorough working knowledge of the UK planning process and building regulations, including recent changes under the BSA
  • Good emotional intelligence and empathy, with the ability to establish positive rapport with others
