The firm is eager to expand its capabilities by welcoming an accomplished Senior Architectural Technologist to their team on a full-time permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will be a confident and Revit-proficient Senior Architectural Technologist, ideally experienced in a multi-disciplinary setting, particularly during the technical detailing phases of residential projects ranging from bespoke designs to large-scale developments.
Essential skills include a strong understanding of construction processes and technical specifications, as the successful candidate will oversee the preparation of Construction Information and Technical Details.
Key Requirements for the Senior Architectural Technologist:
- A degree in Architectural Technology, with chartered status or in pursuit of it.
- At least 10 years of experience in the building and construction sector, both on-site and off-site.
- Comprehensive knowledge of building contracts and UK building regulations.
- Ability to ensure high-quality outcomes in both design and technical detailing.
- Expertise in AutoCAD and Revit, with a strong emphasis on Revit modeling.
- Capability to deliver projects meeting a minimum of BIM Level 2 standards.
- Experience in leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously, particularly during stages 3-7.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating individual design development.
