About Our Client:Our client is a leading development company with an in-house construction team. They are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their team in London to contribute to an exciting high-rise mixed-use development project.

Role Overview:As an Architectural Technologist, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with the design team to deliver comprehensive construction documents for a large-scale, mixed-use development across two adjacent sites. This position demands a deep proficiency in Revit and significant experience in managing complex residential and commercial schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the design team to prepare detailed scale drawings and specifications for regulatory approvals.
  • Develop drawings for tender and construction phases.
  • Create and manage detailed schedules of materials and finishes.
  • Utilise advanced Revit skills to create base models, as well as manage and develop families.
  • Coordinate effectively with primary MEP and structural engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations and standards.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience working with Revit on large-scale mixed-use residential and commercial projects.
  • Strong expertise in preparing detailed drawings and specifications.
  • Advanced knowledge of Revit, including model creation and family management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and information.
  • Exceptional accuracy in design and technical execution.
  • Solid understanding of building regulations and industry standards.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Experience in communicating and dealing with contractors.

Self-motivated with the capacity to take on increasing responsibility for current and future projects.
