Job Title: Training Manager

At COREcruitment Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR and Talent Development function, you will be responsible for leading and enhancing our talent development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, development, delivery, and evaluation of training programs across the organization.
  • Design and implement effective learning solutions to meet the needs of our business leaders and departments.
  • Manage our online training program, ensuring it is integrated throughout the business and meets the needs of both our casual workforce and employed team.
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives, and monitor and measure the outcomes and impact of training.

Requirements:

  • Ability to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of diverse audiences.
