Hawes & Curtis, a renowned luxury brand, is seeking an experienced Training Manager to deliver exceptional service and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of training programs, ensuring a positive and performance-driven culture within the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting needs assessments and evaluating training outcomes
  • Managing training paths for all stores
  • Collaborating with business managers to analyze competency gaps and identify training needs
  • Developing and delivering training programs, including planning and coordinating training calendars, venues, and participants
  • Conducting pre- and post-training evaluations to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement
  • Collecting and monitoring training KPIs, including knowledge and skills retention, employee engagement, and client experience
  • Providing on-site coaching and supporting sales teams in implementing key learnings

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in training and development, preferably in luxury retail
  • Strong analysis, program development, facilitation, and training delivery skills
  • Mature, confident, and positive mindset, with excellent people skills
  • Self-starter with solid organization and influencing skills, able to work autonomously
  • Client-centric and strong fashion sensibility
  • Passion for fostering a learning culture and developing talents
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
