Training Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Training Development Manager to join our team at the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE). As a key member of our ICET division, you will be responsible for managing and growing our ICET training portfolio, ensuring alignment with market demands and strategic objectives.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to collaborate with industry leaders, manage diverse stakeholders, and drive innovative training solutions on a global scale. You will oversee the complete product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring commercial success and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a robust product roadmap to support business growth, working closely with the Learning Solution Development Lead.
- Conduct market research to support new product development initiatives across the ICET portfolio.
- Manage relationships with ICET tutors and subject-matter experts to develop new content and maintain existing assets.
- Identify and launch new products that align with business goals and strategy.
- Support marketing efforts for new product launches.
- Ensure all training products and assets are up-to-date and relevant.
- Provide escalation support to the Operations team when needed.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with subject-matter experts, industry partners, and internal teams.
- Monitor product performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet commercial targets.
- Contribute strategic ideas to the ICET business plan.
- Manage budgets and expenditures for product development, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Determine product pricing in collaboration with the Head of Learning Solutions and Events.
- Degree-level or equivalent experience is essential.
- Proven track record of delivering commercially successful products.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and strategic mindset.
- Competitive salary: £42K-£45K PA.
- Hybrid working: 2 days/week in office, C.London/Remote.
