Job Title: Direct Sales Agent

DPD Group UK is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Agent to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving new business revenue targets and managing the performance of new customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the performance of new customers to ensure they trade to agreed profile and terms.
  • Agree and deliver action plans if variances occur.
  • Facilitate the handover of new accounts to the relevant Account Owner within the first 8 weeks of trade.
  • Support with calling potential and existing customers and taking the necessary action following a marketing campaign.
  • To achieve productivity targets as agreed.
