Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized support to individuals with complex needs, tailoring your approach to meet their unique requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create and implement personalized care plans, ensuring the highest standards of care and support.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £14.66 per hour (£28,587 per annum) plus benefits.
