The role of a Client Support Liaison is to deliver an exceptional client experience, educating clients to enable them to utilize digital platforms efficiently. This involves providing personalized support, raising fraud awareness, and identifying customers who require additional assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first point of contact for clients, taking ownership of their individual needs
  • Deliver personalized, friendly, and efficient service, exceeding client expectations
  • Play a pivotal role in client education around HSBC digital services and fraud awareness
  • Identify customers who are in vulnerable situations and determine the best way to support them

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering an outstanding client experience, ambitious, and have a helpful personality. Previous client-facing experience is beneficial but not essential. As part of our team, you'll receive full training in-branch to get up to speed with your job role, systems, products, and services offered by HSBC.
