beBee Professionals is seeking a skilled Care Assistant to join our team in Kidderminster. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and with dignity.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients with daily personal tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and eating, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Help with the administration of medication and monitor health-related conditions, ensuring the highest level of care.
- Accompany clients to appointments and social outings, fostering their social interaction and community engagement.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in care giving is preferred, but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature are essential for this role.
