- Monday to Friday: 8am to 6pm
- Saturday on rota: 8am to 12pm
About the Role:
The Institute of the Motor Industry. limited is seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to join their team. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the workflow of the workshop, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing downtime.
- Develop and implement processes to improve productivity and quality.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Monitor and control costs, ensuring the workshop operates within budget.
Requirements:
