Workshop Parts Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop parts department, ensuring timely and accurate supply of parts to minimize vehicle downtime.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain smooth operations and drive efficiency.
  • Manage stock levels, optimize inventory, and ensure effective stock control to meet the needs of our technicians and customers.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the parts team to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the workshop and service teams to ensure all parts requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a parts management role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
