Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop parts department, ensuring timely and accurate supply of parts to minimize vehicle downtime.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain smooth operations and drive efficiency.
- Manage stock levels, optimize inventory, and ensure effective stock control to meet the needs of our technicians and customers.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the parts team to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the workshop and service teams to ensure all parts requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
- Experience in a parts management role within the automotive industry.
