Workshop Parts Supervisor

Your primary responsibility will be to manage the parts department, delivering exceptional service to our technicians and supporting them in their work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop parts department.
  • Ensure timely and accurate supply of parts to the workshop to minimize vehicle downtime.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain smooth operations.
  • Manage stock levels, optimize inventory, and ensure effective stock control.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the parts team to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the workshop and service teams to ensure all parts requirements are met efficiently.
  • Implement strategies to drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Requirements:
