About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Signalling Team Leader to join our team based in London. As a Signalling Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small team providing signalling maintenance on the railway in the South West.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team providing signalling maintenance on the railway in the South West.
  • Ensure safe working for your team and provide day-to-day support and guidance.
  • Report to a manager who will oversee general team management duties, reviews, etc.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience of working as a Signalling/ SMTH maintenance worker.
  • Ready for and looking for a Team Leader position.
  • Valid PTS and other track tickets such as COSS, etc.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • SMTH qualification and full IRSE licence.

What You Can Expect:

The salary for this position is £53,824 as a starting salary, but with overtime, shift allowances and oncall payments, this will be much more than this base. On top of this is a range of benefits including generous pension scheme, annual leave and much more.

We can only consider applications from those eligible to work in the UK on a permanent basis for this position.
