Signalling Team Leader Opportunity

Advanced Resource Managers is working with the UK's leading railway company to recruit a Signalling Team Leader to join the team based in London.

About the Role:

  • You will have significant experience of working as a Signalling/SMTH maintenance worker.
  • You will be ready for and looking for a Team Leader position.
  • You will hold valid PTS and other track tickets such as COSS, etc.
  • You will hold a full UK driving licence also.
  • You will require an SMTH qualification and hold a full IRSE licence.

Key Responsibilities:

Your role will be to lead a small team providing signalling maintenance on the railway in the South West. You will ensure safe working for your team and provide day-to-day support and guidance. Reporting to a manager who will oversee general team management duties, reviews, etc. This position would suit someone looking to progress or looking to rejoin as a Team Leader.

This position will be based from London Paddington and will then see you travel to the site of work, using company vehicles. It is a full-time position and will see you working shifts including days, nights, and weekends. There is also some on-call commitment on this position.

What You Can Expect:

The salary for this position is £53,824 as a starting salary, but with overtime, shift allowances, and on-call payments, this will be much more than this base. On top of this is a range of benefits including a generous pension scheme, annual leave, and much more.
