Regulatory Compliance Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Regulatory Compliance professional to join our team in South Yorkshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with key regulations and driving process improvement across our Customer Service and Service Engineers teams.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure compliance with key regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure effective implementation of process changes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a salary of £52,000 - £62,000 per annum (dependent on experience) and a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification in a related field.
  • Proven experience in regulatory compliance or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
