At Stone Group, we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our Key Service Accounts team. This is a maternity cover role for a minimum of 6 months and may continue for up to 18 months.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, particularly using the telephone, and be proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel. They will also have excellent written communication skills and be able to produce professional and accurate documentation.

This full-time temporary position offers a salary of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, and benefits include hybrid working and flexible start and finish times.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to the Family Fund charity, responding to incoming calls and emails from families and assisting with queries related to orders, deliveries, and liaison with our courier.

In addition to providing data for management forecasting, they will assist in preparing historical data and comparison analysis. The ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment is essential.
