">Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
">Job DescriptionThis role will involve leading and managing a skilled and highly motivated Civils Team, working on multiple sites across the region. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Capital Maintenance Civil projects, working closely with the Project Manager and Project Team.
">Key Responsibilities- ">
- Lead and manage a Civils Team, providing guidance and support as needed.">
- Work closely with the Project Manager and Project Team to ensure project deliverables are met.">
- Develop and implement project plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.">
- Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.">
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A strong understanding of construction health and safety protocols.">
- A proven track record of delivering projects safely and efficiently.">
- SMSTS, First Aid, and Street Works Supervisor qualifications.">
