The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving the council's decarbonisation programme, overseeing a team of four Construction Project Managers and one Assistant Project Manager. This strategic and operational leadership position requires significant experience in managing and delivering construction projects, as well as coordinating large multidisciplinary design teams and managing budgets exceeding £10 million annually.
About the Role:
We are looking for someone with excellent project management skills, who can effectively deliver and collaborate among various departments and external stakeholders to achieve our strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex programmes, coordinating appointed design consultants, and ensuring effective project delivery.
