Job Title: Clinical Psychologist Specialist

At Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust, we are seeking a skilled Clinical Psychologist Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist assessment, formulation, and intervention for young people aged 14-25 with complex mental health needs.

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £82,700 per annum, depending on experience. As a Clinical Psychologist Specialist, you will be working in a multidisciplinary team consisting of Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Psychological Therapists, Mental Health Practitioners, and Assistant Practitioners. You will have the opportunity to work with a range of therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Systemic Family Therapy, Mentalization Based Treatment (MBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Main Responsibilities:
  • Providing specialist assessment, formulation, and intervention for young people (14-25)
  • Offering clinical supervision and training to members of the multi-disciplinary team
  • Supporting audit, research, and service evaluation
  • Leading on projects for service improvement
