We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Database and Service Coordinator for the Diabetic Pump Service.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience working in a supervisory or management post, either within the NHS or in a relevant field outside the Trust. They will be able to demonstrate strong leadership and mentoring skills, as well as being organised and flexible in their approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Competent and experienced in the use of IT, including keyboard skills and Microsoft Office Packages.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new IT processes and systems.
  • Experience of data inputting/information sourcing and managing large volumes of data.
  • Specialist knowledge of Diabetic Pump Service Database.
  • Ability and willingness to undertake on-the-job training.
  • Develop and refine new processes to improve current systems.
  • Courses/further study attended to demonstrate evidence of personal development.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
Person Specification
