Residential Assessment Centre Director

LANGTON N4P is seeking a skilled and experienced Service Manager to oversee one of its residential family assessment centres in London.
About the Role:
- Take overall responsibility for the assessment and support services at the centre.
- Ensure high standards of social work practice and staff clarity on responsibilities and duties.
- Oversee specific assessments, including reading court papers, planning and reviewing, supporting keyworkers with reports, and giving evidence at Court.
- Attend and support weekly staff meetings, facilitating family work discussions and case analysis.
About You:
- Qualified social worker with experience in supporting families with child abuse or neglect issues.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Effective time management and organisational abilities under pressure.
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
