Family Assessment Centre Leader

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead one of our residential family assessment centres in Tooting.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintaining high standards of social work practice within the centre.
- Overseeing specific assessments, including reading court papers, planning, reviewing, and supporting Keyworkers to compile reports.
- Attending weekly staff meetings, facilitating family work discussions, and guiding case analysis.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified social worker with experience in supporting families.
Our company is committed to providing a supportive environment for our employees. We offer competitive salaries, including an estimated salary range of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
