We are seeking an experienced Organisational Development Specialist to join our team in Leatherhead. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a crucial role in driving our People strategy, supporting our organisational goals, and promoting a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to development and performance management
  • Partner with managers and leaders to shape and deliver business plans that support our organisational objectives
  • Drive improvements in recruitment processes, employee relations, policy development, diversity and inclusion, performance management, and learning and development

This is a 24-hour per week role, preferably worked across four days. We are looking for someone with experience in HR management, ideally CIPD Level 7 qualified or with equivalent experience. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player who can inspire, influence, and engage others.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,800 p.a. (based on £46,800 pa pro rata) plus benefits, including 28 days annual leave (pro rata) plus bank holidays, an additional wellbeing day, and access to discounts on everyday spends through our benefits platform.
