Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled UPS Field Service Engineer to join our team at Vertiv. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and maintenance for our UPS systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to service calls and perform maintenance tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with established company safety policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with call control and department management to schedule and complete work tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including customer listings and site change forms.
  • Identify and report sales or service leads to the appropriate department.

Requirements

  • HNC/HND in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in technical service or test environments of UPS equipment.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in office software.
  • Previous field service experience and excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
