Job Title: UPS Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled UPS Field Service Engineer to join our team in Bedford, UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and maintenance services for our customers' UPS equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to service calls and perform maintenance and repairs on UPS equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with call control and department managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of service reports and paperwork.
  • Assist in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • HNC/HND in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in a technical service or test environment of UPS equipment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driving license.
