Job Title: UPS Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled UPS Field Service Engineer to join our team in Bedford, UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our customers' UPS equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to service calls and perform maintenance and repairs on UPS equipment
  • Ensure all work is performed in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to company safety policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Assist in scheduling and planning maintenance activities to meet customer needs
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service activities
Requirements:
  • HNC/HND in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent
  • Extensive experience in technical service or test environments of UPS equipment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driving license
