About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our Community Mental Health Team at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care to adults with mental health challenges. Your primary focus will be on providing high-quality patient-centered care, while supporting your colleagues and fostering a positive working environment.

Main Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Delivering clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner, including time management and prioritization of patient needs
  • Working independently as part of a multidisciplinary team to diagnose, assess, plan, and implement client-specific care

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of working with people with mental health problems
  • Relevant professional registration (NMC) and qualification
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
