Community Mental Health Support Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Mental Health Recovery Coach to join our team at Rethink Mental Illness. In this role, you will work with service users to deliver goal-focussed, person-centred support based on co-produced and sustainable recovery plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured support to service users in a blended model, including 121 and group-based support.
- Work collaboratively with the team to offer pathways for individuals accessing the service.
- Travel across Milton Keynes areas to deliver the service.
Requirements
- Experience of mental distress and ability to use this experience to offer empathy and understanding to others.
- Valid driving license.
