Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the General Manager in leading and inspiring the team to deliver top-notch service and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and the atmosphere is lively and welcoming.
  • Assist in implementing strategies to boost sales, manage costs, and maintain our position as the go-to spot for burger lovers.
  • Play a key role in ensuring our guests have a brilliant time, from the moment they walk in to the last bite of their burger.
  • Be ready to take charge in the General Manager's absence, showcasing your leadership skills and keeping everything on track.
  • Contribute to creating a fun, relaxed environment where customers and staff alike enjoy their time.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in a supervisory or management role, ideally in the hospitality industry.
  • Natural leadership potential, with the ability to support and motivate your team.

  • Basic business knowledge, with a desire to develop these skills further.
