Job Description

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a skilled and compassionate Senior Support Worker to provide exceptional care and support services to individuals with complex needs.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Deliver person-centered support services, promoting independence and well-being
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require exceptional support skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will also need to be flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

The estimated salary for this position is around £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, based on a 37-hour working week and assuming 52 weeks of work per year.
