Job Title: Trainee Careers Adviser

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Trainee Careers Adviser. As a key member of our Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) service, you will provide professional support to prison residents, helping them to develop their work-related skills and find employment, education, or training opportunities upon release.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide impartial IAG to prison residents, motivating them to achieve their goals
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance work-related skills
  • Support clients in finding employment, education, or training opportunities
  • Build effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
