**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Helpline Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time, permanent basis, working 21 hours per week. As a Helpline Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality helpline and information services to individuals and their families, providing emotional support and practical guidance.

**Responsibilities:**
Provide emotional support and practical guidance to individuals and their families through our helpline service.
Develop and implement effective support strategies in collaboration with our team.
Contribute to research and fundraising efforts, helping to drive progress in the fight against PSP and CBD.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience delivering helpline and/or information and support services.
A strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by individuals living with PSP and CBD.

A competitive salary and benefits package, including £17,125.83 for 21 hours per week (£28,544.72 FTE), 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro-rated for part-time roles, pension scheme, and employee assistance programme.
