Work-Based Learning Expert Position

We have an exciting opportunity for a Work-Based Learning Expert to join our team at Educators Wales. As a Work-Based Learning Expert, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of education and training, working closely with employers and learners to deliver outstanding results.

About the Role:

  • To assess and progress learners in their electrical skills, ensuring they meet the required standards.
  • To collaborate with the College commercial team and employers to target new starts in line with WBL targets, reviewed regularly.
  • To maintain strong relationships with employers and stakeholders, promoting the benefits of Work-Based Learning.
  • To contribute to the development of innovative learning solutions, enhancing the learner experience.
  • A Welsh language skill would be desirable for this role.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Relevant industry experience as an Electrical Technician or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:

  • Salary range £33,897 - £36,154 per annum.
  • Full-time permanent contract.
  • 37 hours per week.
