Job Title: Wales Work-Based Learning Educator

We are seeking an experienced educator to join our team as a Wales Work-Based Learning Educator. As a specialist in site carpentry, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of employers and learners.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with employers and other stakeholders to design and deliver training solutions that meet the requirements of the Site Carpentry apprenticeship.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employers, promoting the benefits of apprenticeships and identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Assess and progress a caseload of learners, using data to inform your decision-making and drive business results.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of learners.

About You:

  • A deep understanding of construction and assessment principles, preferably with experience in Site Carpentry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with learners, employers, and colleagues.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets and drive business growth.

Salary and Benefits:

  • An annual salary of approximately £38,000 - £50,000, dependent on experience.
