Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as a Training Advisor. As a key member of our Delivery Team, you will be responsible for recruiting, retaining, and supporting learners throughout their Learning Journey. Your primary focus will be on ensuring learners achieve their qualification within the specified time frame and meet internal and external requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need 2 years of experience in an IT/Data Analytics role, a good standard of education (GCSE Maths & English), and a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle. A passionate approach to training/learning with strong creativity is essential.
