About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bank Staff Nurse RMN RNLD to join our team at Ty Cwm Rhondda, a 20-bedded low secure mental health facility.

The successful candidate will provide senior nursing leadership to the ward nursing team, supporting the Charge Nurses, Ward Manager, and Hospital Director in delivering high-quality assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services for males with complex mental health needs.

As a key member of the team, you will have a degree of clinical and leadership experience that provides the expertise and confidence required to support the team.
