We are in search of a dynamic individual who can motivate and guide a passionate team, ensuring high standards of operations and exceptional customer service to drive essential fundraising efforts for our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivating, training, and empowering a dedicated team of volunteers.
- Upholding outstanding shop standards, product offerings, and customer interaction.
- Promoting stock acquisition and fostering community relationships.
Our shops play a crucial role in increasing brand visibility and generating funds that significantly impact the lives of those we support.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will be self-driven, innovative, an effective communicator, and deeply committed to the charity retail sector.
- Proven experience in leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- A keen eye for detail to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for customers, staff, and volunteers.
- Background in retail or experience in a leadership role within a team setting.
This role requires flexibility to work during weekends and public holidays as needed.
