Children's Disability Services Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as the Children With Disabilities Team Manager at Little London Academy. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading our Resource Provision for children with Autism and/or Complex Communication Needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative educational programs for children with complex needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create a learning environment that promotes academic excellence and social growth.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to ensure high-quality teaching practices.
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure their involvement in their child's education.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support the needs of children with disabilities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status with experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, complex language and communication needs, and/or other complex specialist educational needs.
- Proven track record of achieving academic excellence and implementing innovative approaches to learning.
- Experience of meeting the needs of children and young people who benefit from specialist provision within a mainstream setting.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and support staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues.
