Overview:
We are excited to present an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager aspiring to elevate their career. This role involves becoming registered with OFSTED as the head of a newly established children's residential care facility.
This establishment is part of a prominent national organization that emphasizes career advancement and provides comprehensive training and development support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of a children's home, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children and young individuals.
- Collaborate with the Responsible Individual (RI) to maintain a secure, supportive, and enriching atmosphere that fosters positive outcomes.
- Manage daily activities while ensuring compliance with OFSTED regulations and organizational standards.
- Work closely with HR and recruitment teams to facilitate staff management, hiring, and professional growth.
- Support children and young people within an OFSTED-regulated setting.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £75,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Deputy or Registered Manager.
- Level 5 qualification in leadership and management, or currently pursuing.
- Level 3 qualification in working with children and young people.
- Valid Driving License.
