Job Description

Residential Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Residential Care Manager to lead our team at a fantastic residential and supported living service in the Leeds area.

This service provides high-quality care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities, focusing on empowering service users to live independently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing residential care services and a passion for delivering person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of service users
  • Collaborate with external agencies to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Registered Manager qualification and experience in residential care
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
