SCR is seeking an exceptional Registered Manager to lead our residential and supported living service in the Leeds area. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality person-centered care, ensuring the well-being and safety of our service users. Key responsibilities include:

* Providing leadership and management to a team of staff
* Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
* Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of our service users
* Collaborating with external agencies to ensure seamless care delivery

If you have a passion for delivering exceptional care and a proven track record in leadership and management, we encourage you to apply. Please note that prior experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in Learning Disabilities, is essential for this role. A QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent is also highly desirable.
