About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and experience in paediatric nursing. You will be working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinating with the Paediatric Lead to ensure effective care delivery
- Working with patients' families and carers to discuss care and condition
- Displaying excellent analytical ability and sound decision-making in changing clinical situations
- Checking and using specialized equipment such as monitors and ventilators
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Paediatric environment within the last 3 years
- Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices
- A Paediatric Nursing Degree
