About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing aged debt, contacting customers, and resolving disputes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and manage aged debt to minimize overdue balances
  • Contact customers via phone calls and email to chase payments
  • Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts, initiating appropriate actions
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer queries and disputes
  • Prepare and issue customer reminder letters and emails
  • Provide weekly updates on AR status and escalate to the Financial Controller as needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Allocate customer receipts on the ERP system (Intact IQ)
  • Perform other finance-related administrative duties as required
Requirements
  • Previous experience in credit control or accounts receivable
  • Working experience in finance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize workload
  • Positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving
