Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents.
- Provide safe and effective nursing care, including administering medication and delivering treatments as prescribed.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure the highest standards of care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN).
- Good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices and regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
- Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
