About the Role
- Deliver personalized care to residents, based on their individual needs and preferences
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, develop and implement care plans, and monitor resident progress
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes and quality of life

Requirements
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
