About the Role

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Sanctuary Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centred care to our residents. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents, tailored to their individual needs and preferences
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure that care plans are up-to-date and effective
  • Provide comprehensive and systematic nursing assessments of residents' physical, psychological, and social needs
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure that residents receive holistic care and support

Requirements

  • Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
  • Experience of working in a clinical setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings, nights, and weekends
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care, with a focus on resident-centred care
