Sanctuary Group is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Cedar Grange. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide comprehensive, systematic, and accurate nursing assessments of the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents
* Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
* Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care
* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure open and transparent communication
