Job DescriptionThis role involves working closely with learners to identify their strengths and areas for development, and creating personalized plans to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver engaging learning programs that cater to individual learner needs.
- Evaluate learner progress and make data-driven decisions to inform instruction.
- Cultivate a supportive learning environment that fosters motivation and academic success.
- Develop and implement individualized support plans to address learner needs.
- Provide pastoral support to promote learner engagement and achievement.
- A strong educational foundation, including 5 GCSEs or equivalent, or willingness to pursue Functional Skills Level 2 in English and Maths.
- Knowledge of EHC Plans and Annual Review process.
- A relevant teaching qualification at level 3 or above, or willingness to work towards.
- Experience working with learners with SEND.
- A competitive salary of approximately £28,000-£32,000 per annum, based on experience.
