Graduate Cover Supervisors sought by Academics Ltd to work with Secondary schools in Oxford. As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will supervise lessons, support students' learning, and maintain high standards of behaviour when teacher colleagues are absent.

This role is perfect for graduates who have a passion for education and want to gain classroom experience before undertaking teacher training. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in education, particularly in supporting students with SEN.

The ideal candidate will have:
  1. Previous experience working in a school setting.
  2. The ability to manage challenging behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
  3. A passion for education and commitment to supporting students in their learning.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise lessons and support students' learning.
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour.
  • Support students with SEN if required.
